Job summary

Bowling Green Health & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or a PTA graduate actively pursuing licensure to join our team on a full-time basis. You will implement PT-created treatment plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.

The role offers a competitive pay rate dependent on status (FT/PT/PRN) and experience, plus a $3,500 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Virginia or a graduate of an approved PTA program and actively working toward licensure.

Responsibilities

Bowling Green Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 120 healthcare center in Bowling Green, Virginia, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is licensed in Virginia or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for implementing treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist in accordance with all state, federal and JCAHO regulations. They collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing for the residents.

Must be currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.
