Job summary

Rolling Hills Healthcare in Belle Fourche, SD is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our therapy team in a supportive, high-performing environment. You will provide PT services to residents in our skilled nursing/long-term care setting and contribute to an individualized care plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.

• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to coordinate care.
• Support residents in achieving functional goals and quality of life.
