Job summary

Rolling Hills Healthcare in Belle Fourche, SD is seeking Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapists to join our supportive therapy team in a facility designed for short-term rehab and long-term care.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a caring team, and help residents experience meaningful progress in a beautiful western setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited PT program and eligible for licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab is preferred but new grads are welcome.
