Rolling Hills Healthcare in Belle Fourche, SD is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. Full-time and PRN positions available, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with therapists, and contribute to a high-quality resident-focused care environment in a beautiful Black Hills setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with rehab staff in skilled nursing setting.
• Provide PTA services under supervision as part of the therapy team.
