Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide mobility and rehabilitation services to patients of all ages within a multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate and design individualized treatment plans, apply evidence-based techniques to improve strength and mobility, educate patients and families on exercises and recovery expectations, and document progress while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active South Dakota Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• BLS certification (AHA required).
