Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home PT to adults and seniors in Balch Springs and Dallas. Full-time or part-time roles with flexible schedules and consistent caseloads.

You will evaluate mobility, create individualized goals, design rehab programs, educate patients and families, and maintain Medicare-compliant documentation. Per-visit compensation ranges from $80 to $85 with potential benefits based on status.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.

• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
