Job summary

InHome Therapy is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Garland and Mesquite. This role offers flexible scheduling, a consistent patient volume, and the opportunity to earn a per-visit pay ranging from $75 to $85. You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their home
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85.

Compensation Is Based On Experience, Qualifications, And Internal Equity.

To support your transition into home health, we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload - so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp-up.
