Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home PT services for adults and seniors in Flower Mound, Irving, and Denton. Enjoy a flexible schedule with a consistent caseload and supportive team in a home-care setting.

We offer mileage reimbursement, provided tablet and data plan, paid training, and opportunities for leadership and professional development. Compensation is per visit, with benefits varying by employment status and weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR) (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time or part-time licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Flower Mound or Irving or Denton. • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $85 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
