InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Houston, Spring, Conroe, or The Woodlands. Full-time or part-time roles offer flexibility, consistent caseload, and a supportive team.

The role focuses on delivering in-home PT services, evaluating mobility, implementing rehab programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $85 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
