Job summary

InHome Therapy in Texas is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for in-home care, serving adult and geriatric patients in Flower Mound, Irving, and Denton. Full-time or part-time roles with flexible schedules and steady caseload.

You will assess mobility, design rehab plans, educate families, and document per Medicare standards. Competitive per-visit pay $75-$85, mileage reimbursement and support for training and growth.

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time or part-time licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Flower Mound or Irving or Denton. • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $85 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
