Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time facility role reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver effective PT interventions to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.

Work with a collaborative team, refer to specialists when needed, and train patients and caregivers to promote ongoing independence.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the practice state(s) or proof of licensure and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. degrees.
