Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the practice state or eligibility proof.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Education/experience evaluated to meet U.S. standards if earned outside the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
