Job summary

Plan A Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess patients in-facility, design personalized recovery plans that restore mobility, reinforce gains, and support independence across diverse populations.

You will collaborate with the rehab team and refer when needed, educate patients and caregivers to sustain wellness, and deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care focused on meaningful functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) or proof of eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's plus 5 years of experience.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. credentials.
