Job summary

Rock Health in Ohio is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a facility-based role reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patients, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver PT to restore function. You’ll collaborate with the care team and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. The position emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
