Providence Health & Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for its Seward Mountain Haven in Seward, AK. The position includes a $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible hires. Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, day Shift, 40 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Seward Mountain Haven in Seward AK!

$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners and patient/family. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long-term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or
• Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.
• Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
