Duly Health and Care in Wheaton, IL is seeking a PRN outpatient Physical Therapist. The role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month and shifts often lasting at least 4 hours.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
