Duly Health and Care in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a PRN outpatient Physical Therapist. You will join an established rehabilitation team that emphasizes one-on-one care, dedicated treatment time, and a strong internal referral network to support patient access and clinical growth.

Minimum commitment includes two Saturdays per month; weekday options and additional hours may be available. Compensation is hourly in the $40–$55 range, with a $5 weekend differential for Saturday coverage.

About the Bloomingdale Team

Join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. You'll work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers while maintaining the autonomy to provide individualized, one-on-one care.

Scheduling

Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month. Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible.

• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours. Additional hours may be available based on clinic needs & availability

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$55.00 per hour. A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
