Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville (Saddlewood) is seeking a part-time outpatient Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. You’ll work with a team of PTs, OTs, and physicians, enjoying built-in documentation time and strong internal referrals.

We value autonomy, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties while maintaining work-life balance across a schedule that fits Monday–Friday with evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to patients.
