Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN outpatient Physical Therapist in Tinley Park. You will join an established outpatient rehabilitation team with a focus on one-on-one care, clinical autonomy, and collaboration with a broad provider network.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PT program with Illinois licensure or eligibility. Typical shifts include weekend coverage with weekday options, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to a strong referral network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Must work minimum 2 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians and APPs.
• Maintain autonomy to provide individualized patient care.
• Assist with scheduling coverage (minimum two Saturdays per month) and flexible weekday availability.
