Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the physical therapy treatment plan and selects activities to progress towards goals.
• Assesses patients and establishes plans of care with patient/family input.
• Documents evaluations and plans of care per departmental guidelines.
• Maintains professional standards, attends meetings and participates in ongoing education.
• Works to ensure infection prevention and cost-effective care delivery.
