Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN shifts at our hospital setting in Dover, NJ. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, educating patients, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with rehab teams to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Current PT license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
