Job summary

Village Point is seeking an experienced Per-Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Monroe Township, NJ. The therapist will assess, plan, and administer rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function for our residents.

The role requires active NJ PT license, graduation from an accredited therapy program, and ability to document progress. Per-diem schedule offers competitive pay and benefits, including 401(k) matching and DailyPay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current NJ Physical Therapist State License.
• Per-diem availability and reliable schedule.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial exam and identifies problems before intervention.
• Plans and carries out individually designed physical therapy programs.
• Records prognosis, treatment, and progress in the chart or system.
• Identifies goals and plans for reevaluation.
• Administers manual therapy and exercises to relieve pain and improve strength.
• Measures strength, function, and respiratory/circulatory status and records data.
• Instructs patient and family on home treatment procedures.
• Confers with physicians and care team to plan interventions.
