Job summary

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and care for patients in Springfield, Tennessee. The therapist will plan and utilize various therapies including exercise and equipment to assist patients in achieving their functional goals.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist – TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center

As the Physical Therapist, you will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate evaluation and care for patient populations served in the department.

Responsibilities

• You will plan and use therapies involving physical exercise, massage, heat, water, light and electricity.
• You will utilize various mechanical and electrical equipment and prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• You will evaluate, record and report on patient's response to treatment and progress toward identified goals.
• You will integrate physical therapy treatments with other aspects of patient care.
• You will assist patients reach their maximal reasonably levels of function and to cope with their limitations.
• You will monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.

Qualifications

• TN Physical Therapy license required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program
