Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist to deliver on-site preventative services for our industrial athletic population. This PRN role is based in Hanover, MD with shifts Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM; hours are variable depending on client need.

The role focuses on injury prevention, body mechanics training, early intervention, ergonomic assessments, and wellness program implementation while ensuring health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation.
• Athletic Trainer background (ATC/PT/PTA/OTA) and on-site experience preferred.
• Able to work PRN with flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Execute onsite prevention programs and track metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams and management.

Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are looking for an Athletic Trainer to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a PRN team member with availability to provide on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.
