Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist for PRN coverage across Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI. You will deliver body mechanics training, conduct ergonomic assessments, and lead wellness initiatives to promote safe, healthy workplaces.

The role welcomes licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and workplace wellness.

Qualifications

• Licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants are eligible to apply.
• Commitment to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness.
• Experience with ergonomic assessments and early intervention is preferred.

Position Title: Industrial Specialist
Locations: Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI

Schedule: PRN coverage (as needed), Monday through Friday

Your Role:

As an Industrial Specialist, you will:

• Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
• Track and report program outcomes to measure effectiveness

Physical Demands & Dress Code:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
