Unify Health Services in Hanover, MD is seeking an Athletic Trainer/Industrial Specialist (ATC) for on-site preventative services. This PRN role offers flexible, on-demand hours Monday–Friday and is ideal for professionals who want to impact workplace health without guaranteed shifts.

You will conduct pre-employment screenings, provide body mechanics training, ergonomic assessments, and wellness programs while collaborating with HR and safety teams to ensure compliance with health and safety

Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are looking for an Athletic Trainer to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a PRN team member with availability to provide on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.

• Track and report program metrics.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
• Working in a safety sensitive environment
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
