Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist, PT to provide on-site preventative services in Hanover, MD. This PRN role offers flexible, on-site coverage Monday–Friday with hours ranging from early morning to evening based on client needs.

Ideal candidates are passionate about preventive care, possess strong communication skills, and can collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management. This position emphasizes safety, ergonomics, and wellness in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Ability to work independently in a PRN scheduling environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.

Shift: M-F 6a-9p are the current site hours

Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are searching for a PRN team member with availability to provide on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.

Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
• Track and report program metrics.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
• Working in a safety sensitive environment
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Dress Code:

• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed.
