Pro Rehab in Eagle, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Castle Peak, a Cassia community. This PRN role offers a starting pay of $60 per hour and the opportunity to provide high-quality rehab services in a supportive, mission-driven team.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, perform hands-on therapy, educate families, monitor progress, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with a bachelor's degree.
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist License.
• Knowledge of Home Health regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' conditions and history to plan care.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create rehab programs to improve function.
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Include manual therapy and modalities as needed.
• Educate & Support Patients: Teach exercises, pain management, and safety.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track outcomes and modify plans.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and therapists.

Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 35 years of successful business. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team at Castle Peak, a Cassia community, in Eagle, CO! Position Type: PRN

Starting Pay: $60 / hour

Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose:Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Hands‑on Therapy:Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
• Educate & Support Patients:Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans:Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor's degree
• Must possess a current accredited CO Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
