Pro Rehab in Wells, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Park View Care Center. This rural setting offers a calmer atmosphere and the opportunity to build a full caseload quickly.

New grads welcome. Position is full-time with benefits. Wage range is $45-$55 per hour depending on experience, with a $7,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. Location: 55 10th St SE, Wells, MN 56097.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with a bachelor's degree.
• Must hold a current MN Physical Therapist License
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve function.
• Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff on exercises, pain management and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team at Park View Care Center, in Wells, MN! Park View Care Center is in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly.

We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $7,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time

Wage Range: $45 - $55 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $7,500

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
