Pro Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to join Truman Senior Living in Truman, MN. You will assess patients, design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a care team to ensure quality outcomes.

New grads welcome. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a $7,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement, with wage range $45-$55 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist License or ability to obtain one.
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve patient function
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as needed
• Educate & Support Patients: Educate patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes and modify plans as needed
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team at Truman Senior Living, in Truman, MN! Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time

Wage Range: $45 - $55 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $7,500

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed
• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
