Job summary

HSHS/Prevea is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on improving patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence through therapeutic interventions.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused and mission-driven. Full-time, 38 hours per week, daytime hours, with no weekends or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program which meets licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
• Illinois licensure within 1 year for individuals meeting all other requirements per state act and governing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation to improve mobility, strength and functional independence.
• Collaborate with the outpatient rehab team to deliver therapy services.
• Schedule: 38 hrs/wk, days 8am–4:30pm, no weekends or on call.

Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
