HSHS Medical Group seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality patient care across the continuum in Illinois and Wisconsin. The role involves hospital-based clinics, a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities including 5 weekends per year.
Candidates must hold an APRN license with BLS; board certification is preferred. A base guarantee, sign-on and relocation assistance are included, with CME reimbursement and generous PTO.
