Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist or PTA to join our pediatric home health team in Orlando, FL. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to children in their homes, working with families to achieve developmental goals and functional independence.

The role offers schedule flexibility, per diem/part-time options, and a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality patient-centered care in the home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes.

Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist or PTA to join our pediatric home health team. In this role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist or PTA, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in FL. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes. With a focus on pediatric patients, you will work closely with families to ensure a collaborative and effective treatment approach.

• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
