Spooner in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our team. You will be a core member of the treatment team, delivering patient-centered care and helping patients move and feel their best.

We offer an onboarding program with mentorship, strong medical coverage, continuing education support, and a culture focused on excellence and growth within a private practice setting. Current licensure as a physical or occupational therapist and a graduate degree are required.

Responsabilidades

• Be a core member of the treatment team and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Utilize a dynamic and functional approach to help patients overcome functional limitations related to musculoskeletal conditions.
• Combine manual therapy techniques and exercise strategies to help patients move and feel their best
• Take a whole-body approach to locate the source of a patient's injury, pain, or dysfunction.
• Assess, treat, and educate patients to prevent future injuries.
• Help patients of all ages and abilities move better and feel better.
• Evaluate and develop treatment goals with patients using clinical observations and information provided by the patient.
• Support patients in achieving goals through documenting treatment effects and adjusting treatment when necessary.
• Develop relationships with medical practitioners to support patient care.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure the best care throughout the patient experience.

What You'll Be Doing
