Job summary

Spooner is seeking a licensed physical or occupational therapist to join our Peoria, AZ clinic. This full-time role focuses on musculoskeletal care, patient education, and improving function through manual therapy and exercise.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to a movement‑focused, patient‑centered philosophy that Spooner champions across a growing network.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a physical or occupational therapist.
  • Graduate degree required.
  • Experience in musculoskeletal care is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be a core member of the treatment team and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Utilize a dynamic and functional approach to help patients overcome functional limitations related to musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Combine manual therapy techniques and exercise strategies to help patients move and feel their best.
  • Take a whole-body approach to locate the source of a patient’s injury, pain, or dysfunction.
  • Assess, treat, and educate patients to prevent future injuries.
  • Help patients of all ages and abilities move better and feel better.
  • Evaluate and develop treatment goals with patients using clinical observations.
  • Support patients in achieving goals through documenting treatment effects and adjusting treatment.

What You’ll Be Doing
