MOTION PT Group in New York is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage at our Hauppauge and Huntington clinics. You will deliver evidence-based orthopaedic care in a spacious, AI-supported environment with a supportive, family-like team culture.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, per diem hours, and opportunities for mentorship, career growth, and continued education within Confluent Health resources.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting; No New Grads.

Responsabilidades

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Job Location: Will provide coverage as needed at our following two Suffolk County outpatient clinics (no same-day travel between sites required):

• 521 Route 111, Hauppauge, NY
• 775 Park Avenue, Huntington, NY

Job Type: Per Diem (as-needed basis). Schedule and hours will vary based on clinic needs and will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.
