This is a PER DIEM on-site role for a Physical Therapist at PT-RN CARE INC, located in Los Angeles, CA (Downtown LA and Lynwood). The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation programs, and provide care in outpatient and home health settings. Options to work exclusively in the outpatient clinic, only in home health, or both, including home visits.
