Physical Therapist
Position: Per Diem at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA
Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and/or designated supervisor, the Physical Therapist provides diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic procedures under medical prescription for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients disabled by illness or injury, aiming to optimize functional restoration and rehabilitation. Treatments include massage, exercise, hypnotherapy, heat therapy, and more.
The hospital's tradition of caring began in 1965 with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. It merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992, forming Corona Regional Medical Center, now a 238-bed community hospital network comprising a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs over 1,250 healthcare workers, and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians across more than 40 specialties.
