Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital is hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapist in Bowling Green, KY. The role includes performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising PTAs and students as part of an inpatient rehab team.

Qualifications

• Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in patient care.
• Teach and counsel patients/families; set goals and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT/PTA students.
• Complete documentation according to department policies.

• Completing appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• State Licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
