Job summary

Sentara Outpatient Therapy Center - Healthy Way in Virginia Beach seeks a Physical Therapist for a full pelvic floor caseload. You will work with a team of 3 PTs and 1 PTA in a fully equipped clinic, including Surface EMG and rehabilitation ultrasound equipment.

The position offers mentorship for new pelvic floor therapists, a generous CE allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Base salary ranges from $103,376 to $149,115.20 annually, with additional compensation possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree in Physical Therapy.
• VA Physical Therapy License required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
