ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, California is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You will treat children birth to 21 with individualized plans, with a flexible schedule and a compensation plan that you can tailor over time.

The role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, offering substantial professional development and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Pediatric experience preferred. Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
