Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Indiana is seeking a Pediatric-Focused Physical Therapist to expand access to care and advance your clinical career within a supportive, evidence-based setting. You’ll evaluate and treat pediatric patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal needs, design personalized treatment plans, and document efficiently in our EMR.

CAPTE‑accredited PT training, licensure, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PT training completed or in good standing.
• Current state licensure or pending licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Able to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day, FT)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day, assuming full-time employee)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $55.00/hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Potential for Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available!
