ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to serve children from birth to 21, delivering one-on-one care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. The role emphasizes professional growth and leadership within a supportive team.

You'll manage your own caseload with flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm) and opportunities for advancement, including performance plans designed to maximize earnings. Hawthorne, CA location.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy sessions for children birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and track progress.

What You Will Need:
