ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor for pediatric speech-language pathology. You will manage your own caseload and lead therapy plans for children from birth to 21, collaborating with a diverse team of therapists to deliver holistic care.

This growth-focused role offers flexible scheduling within a Monday–Friday framework, with performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication, self-control and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP sessions for birth to 21 years.
• Collaborate with other therapy divisions for holistic care.
• Contribute to schedule planning and referrals within the organization.
