We are seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team! We are a multidisciplinary therapy group located in beautiful Ventura, California. Opportunity to service pediatric clients in both clinic and home settings. Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and early interventionists. Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze test results to determine client deficits and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Examine clients' medical histories, neurological and psychological test results, and collaborate with interdisciplinary specialists to determine therapeutic interventions.
• Provide skilled therapy in individual sessions.
• Plan, direct, and conduct habilitative treatments to address disorders and developmental delays.
• Devise treatment plans, set objectives and goals, and monitor progress towards achieving functional outcomes.
• Interpret findings to clients, families, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Document methods, responses to interventions, and progress. Maintain accurate records and participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary documentation.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure for physical therapy required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Pediatric therapy experience is a plus.
