Overview:

This is a PRN role.

Job Description:

Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • Doctorate Degree

Certification/Licensure:

  • Physical Therapist License (Required)

Experience:

  • Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions according to accepted standards of care and department policies.
  • Provide effective instruction to patients and families through standardized or individualized educational programs.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative interactions with team members, patients, and families to improve outcomes.
  • Be productive and efficient in daily operations.
  • Select and perform appropriate assessment procedures.
  • Establish and update formal care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
