The Pines Home Health and Hospice seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy with flexible scheduling and autonomy in patient care. You will design and implement individualized plans, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and families to improve functional outcomes.
Arizona license, CAPTE-accredited degree, CPR, and fingerprint clearance are required, with at least two years in home health preferred.
