Job summary

Comfort Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Nevada to design and implement individualized home health care plans. You will deliver hands-on therapy, assess mobility and home environments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient independence.

Requirements include a CAPTE-accredited degree, NV licensure, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of home health experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; passed state-approved exam.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
