Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Kansas/Missouri. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current state of Kansas license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine necessary PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care and set goals based on evaluations.
• Implement treatment programs and provide essential PT services.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and progress reports.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications
