Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is hiring a physical therapist to assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care. You will work with a supportive team, receive mentorship through the IGNITE program, and benefit from a structured environment focused on patient outcomes.

With 9–10 visits per day, you’ll have time for thorough evaluations, ongoing education, and professional growth, including unlimited continuing education funding and generous retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and a comprehensive program.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and discharge summaries.

Salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience (plus bonus potential)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missourilicense and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
